GARDEN LUNCH
Entertaining
A Beautiful Spring Garden...

...sets the Inspiration for an easy
Garden Lunch!

Using a cherished heirloom table topper
on the patio table makes a picturesque
area to serve your guests
an easy, yummy light lunch...

Beginning with a Tarragon Pasta Salad...

QUICK TIP:
Make your family's fave
Pasta Salad Recipe, then
Sprinkle fresh Tarragon Sprig Confetti over the top.
(Fresh from the garden, of course!)
Garnish with rough chopped
Petite Heirloom Tomatoes and
a couple of the fresh Tarragon Sprigs,
and then ENJOY!

Enjoy an Outdoor Garden Setting...

Or you can create a beautiful, garden-like setting, like these from Carolyne Roehm,
that any guests would enjoy!

Another Quick and Easy Luncheon
or Light Dinner Entrée is this
Beautiful Tuscan Chicken
Entrée/Centerpiece
made with a Deli Rotisserie Chicken!
TUSCAN CHICKEN will quickly become
your go-to meal for impromptu entertaining!
(Really familiar with this one!)
Soooo easy and yummy,
your family and friends will want more...
(not to mention your secret
for making this meal so impressive!)

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
**ONE CHILLED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN from the deli
**ROSEMARY SPRIGS freshly cut from your window box herb garden (or your neighbor's)
**PETITE HEIRLOOM TOMATOES cut in half
**AVOCADOS (2-3) Sliced Lengthwise
**ZESTY LIME VINAIGRETTE drizzled over entire platter after all items have been placed on a Mediterranean Style platter.
SERVE with a Crusty French Baguette.
Assorted olives make a great appetizer for this cool, refreshing, light summer meal.
(TIP: I especially like the garlic stuffed olives packed in Napa Valley Chardonnay by Mezzetta.)

Our Friends at Food & Wine
suggest these wines:
**White Burgundy:
2012 Delaye Saint-V'eran Les Pierres Grisses White Burgundy
**Sparkling Rose:
NV Gruet Rose'
**Orange Wine:
2013 Lo Zerbone Vino Bianco Le Ghiare
