**ONE CHILLED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN  from the deli
**ROSEMARY SPRIGS freshly cut from your window box herb garden (or your neighbor's)
**PETITE HEIRLOOM TOMATOES cut in half
**AVOCADOS (2-3) Sliced Lengthwise
**ZESTY LIME VINAIGRETTE drizzled over entire platter after all items have been placed on a Mediterranean Style platter.
SERVE with a Crusty French Baguette.
    Assorted olives make a great appetizer for this cool, refreshing, light summer meal.
    (TIP: I especially like the garlic stuffed olives packed in Napa Valley Chardonnay by    Mezzetta.)
