        HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
** ONE CHILLED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN from the deli
** ROSEMARY SPRIGS freshly cut from your herb pots (or neighbor's)
** PETITE HEIRLOOM TOMATOES cut in half
** AVOCADO SLICES sliced lengthwise
** ZESTY LIME VINAIGRETTE drizzled over entire platter.
Place on a Mediterranean style serving platter and serve with a crusty French Baguette. Assorted olives make a great appetizer for this cool, refreshing meal.
(Hint: I always love those that  are stuffed with garlic and in Chardonnay)
Cobalt Blue:
              Cobalt glassware wine glasses
          are especially pretty to serve
your bottle/s of wine to your guests...

Our friends at FOOD & WINE suggest pairing  these wines with the roasted chicken:
**WHITE BURGUNDY: 2012 Delaye Saint-V'eranLes Pierres Grises White Burgundy

**ORANGE WINE: 2013 Lo Zerbone Vino Bianco Le Ghiare
**NEBBIOLO: 2009 Plozza Rosso di Valtellina

MESSINA HOF WINERY suggest pairing these wines with the roasted chicken:
