** ONE CHILLED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN from the deli
** ROSEMARY SPRIGS freshly cut from your herb pots (or neighbor's)
** PETITE HEIRLOOM TOMATOES cut in half
** AVOCADO SLICES sliced lengthwise
** ZESTY LIME VINAIGRETTE drizzled over entire platter.
Place on a Mediterranean style serving platter and serve with a crusty French Baguette. Assorted olives make a great appetizer for this cool, refreshing meal.
(Hint: I always love those that are stuffed with garlic and in Chardonnay)
